Hellocat strives to ship all products within one business day of receipt of payment. On parties and Sundays we will ship the order on the next working day.
Hellocat is not liable for any damage whatsoever as a result of exceeding the announced delivery period by the courier service.
If an order is not delivered or is incomplete, you must report this to Hellocat within 14 days of purchase. The delivery will be replenished at the expense of Hellocat or, if the package has not been delivered, it will be sent again at the expense of Hellocat (while stocks last). When this product is no longer in stock, we will refund the purchase amount to your account.
When placing your order, you must ensure that the correct delivery address is stated. You are expected to check this information for accuracy with every order and to adjust it where necessary. Hellocat cannot be held liable for the delivery of the order to an incorrect address, if this is the result of typing errors and/or the filling in of incorrect data by the customer.
The prices stated in our webshop are exclusive of 6.75 euros shipping costs.
